‘Knives Out’ Trailer: Daniel Craig Wants To Know Whodunit In Rian Johnson’s Agatha Christie Homage

[WATCH] 'Knives Out' Trailer: Daniel Craig

“I think you have something you want to tell me.”

Here’s the new trailer for Knives Out, writer-director Rian Johnson’s cinematic love letter to Agatha Christie. Daniel Craig stars as the inquisitive and debonair Detective Benoit Blanc, who mysteriously is enlisted to ferret out a killer.

The thickening plot: Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer) is one of the best-selling mystery writers of all time. And when he turns up dead at his estate just after his 85th birthday, everyone is a suspect — from his dysfunctional family to his devoted staff.  Blanc sifts through a web of red herrings and self-serving lies to uncover the truth behind the writer’s untimely death.

How’s this for a killer cast? Alongside Craig and Plummer we have Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Toni Collette, Don Johnson, Michael Shannon, LaKeith Stanfield, Katherine Langford, Jaeden Martell, Noah Segan, Edi Patterson and Riki Lindhome.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi filmmaker Johnson also produces the T-Street film along with Ram Bergman. Lionsgate is partnered with MRC to distribute it worldwide, and Knives Out will stick it to North American audiences on November 29 – the day after they stick it to their turkeys.

Have a look at the trailer above and the final key art below, and tell us what you think.
