The Umbrella Academy and Juno star Elliot Page came out as transgender and non-binary on Tuesday. Page long has been an outspoken proponent of LGTBQ rights, including an emotional speech in which he came out as gay. He’s given candid interviews about the issues confronting him personally and the LGTBQ community as a whole, including trans representation in Hollywood.
