Several late-night shows are returning to TV tonight, including TBS’ Conan with guest Adam Sandler. You can watch above the opening sequence created specifically for the remotely produced editions of the show, featuring the Conan crew members in their homes. It is followed by host Conan O’Brien’s opening remarks, introducing viewers to the homemade version of the show.
“Let me assure you something: these shows we are going to do are going to tell you nothing, they will contain no information, non whatsoever. You probably will be stupider after you see these shows than you were before,” O’Brien deadpanned. “All I can promise you, this will be a highly unprofessional endeavor night after night. We will make mistakes, we’ll do the best we can and we will move forward.”
After telling fans that they can always go to Netflix if they don’t like the new Conan, he finished with “All I can promise you is silliness, good cheer and bad lighting.” Watch above.
