The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart wonders why cable news networks are ignoring their own on-camera experts in their Ebola coverage: “We can’t count on news people to take a reasoned approach….Clearly the news anchors are having trouble drawing distinction between a person contracting the disease after working in close contact with a patient and the inevitability of all of us getting it – Now! Run! I don’t know if you notice, there have been experts on your own channels telling you this is not appropriate.”
