The Hamptons Film Festival ends tonight, and this morning they announced the winners. The Golden Starfish Narrative Feature Award goes to Gett: The Trial Of Viviane Amsalem, directed by Ronit Elkabetz and Shlomi Elkabetz. The Golden Starfish Award for Best Documentary goes to the Carlo Zoratti-directed The Special Need and best documentary short goes to The Queen (La Reina), directed by Manuel Abramovich. Outstanding Performance by an actress goes to Ronit Elkabetz for Gett. An award for newcomer is being presented to Jacob Lofland for Little Accidents, and one for cinematography to Arnaud Potier for Breathe. Among the other awards is one for Visionary Filmmaking to Tamara Erde for her docu This Is My Land.
