Who'll Never Eat Lunch in This Town…

So Endeavor TV packaging agent/partner Marc Korman hails from Illinois and happens to be friends with that state’s disgraced governor Rod Blagojevich. If you’ve been following politics, then you know that Blago had been locked in a pitched battle with just appointed White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, who is Ari’s older brother and took over Blago’s Congressonal seat and stayed friendly until Blag tried to strongarm Rahm about who would succeed Barack Obama as the junior U.S. Senator from Illinois. The other day Korman wanted to take a meal with Blago and ran it past Ari just to be sure. “You cannot do it,” the Endeavor co-founder fumed. “You’re not going to have lunch with this fucking guy. Not a chance.” And Korman didn’t.
