Johnathon Schaech Joins ‘Vice’; Dan Bakkedahl Cast In ‘Agent 47’

Johnathon Schaech has joined the cast of sci-fi thriller Vice. Director Brian A. Miller’s film is set on a futuristic resort where the rich can live out their darkest fantasies and the lifelike staff are actually synthetic beings. Schaech will play Chris, an adviser to resort owner Julian (Bruce Willis) who can predict usually how Julian will react and tries to stay one step ahead of him. Schaech recently did arcs on Showtime’s Ray Donovan and Lifetime’s The Client List and next appears in the features 7500 and The Prince. He is repped by APA and the Schiff Co.

Dan Bakkedahl has been cast in Agent 47, Fox’s reboot of Hitman that originally was going to star Paul Walker. Rupert Friend stars as Agent 47, the bald, cloned assassin-for-hire made famous in the Square Enix video game. Zachary Quinto and Hannah Ware also star. Bakkedahl will play Sanders, a U.S. State Department official in Vienna who interrogates Agent 47. He is a regular on the FXX comedy Legit, and his TV credits also include Veep, Community and United States Of Tara. He also appeared in the 2013 big-screen comedy The Heat.
