Miriam Shor Joins ‘Younger’; Austin Stowell Boards ‘Public Morals’

Miriam Shor (GCB, The Good Wife) has been set as a series regular in Younger, TV Land‘s single-camera comedy pilot written and executive produced by Sex And The City creator Darren Star. Younger centers on Liza (Sutton Foster), a 40-something woman who reinvents herself and starts living a double life; one as a suburban mom and another as a 29-year old working girl in the city, after her husband leaves her and her child goes to college. Shor will play Diana, the high-strung head of PR for Passion Press. Diana is described as a disdainful woman (known as “Trout Pout”) who likes to get ahead by standing on the shoulder of her subordinates as she slowly pushes them into the mud. Shor is repped by Gersh, Impression Entertainment and attorney James Adams. (more…)
