CNN Cancels ‘The Next List’

CNN has canceled The Next List — the Saturday afternoon program in which, the network said, it “profiles innovators, visionaries and agents of change.” The half-hour series, hosted by Sanjay Gupta, premiered in November 2011. The show’s EP, Jim McGinnis, who also served as EP of special projects, EP of American Morning and EP of Lou Dobbs Tonight in his 25 years with CNN, is departing the network, reported TVNewser.
