EXCLUSIVE: Eric McCormack is set to star in indie The Architect for Parker Film Company, produced by Metallica’s Lars Ulrich. He’ll play Colin, who with wife Drew (Parker Posey) enlists the visionary modern architect Miles Moss (James Frain) to build their new home. Meanwhile, McCormack will return as series star to TNT’s Perception for a third season in 2014. He’s repped by ICM Partners.

Alexander will play “Hope.” The black comedy murder-mystery is helmed by Matthew Cullen and adapted by Roberta Hanley and Amis. Filming begins this month in London. Alexander returns to the Marvel fold in sequel Thor 2 this November. She’s repped by Mosaic, WME, and attorney Lev Ginsburg.
