A&E’s ‘Longmire’ & ‘The Glades’ Rise In Season Debuts

Last Monday saw the season finale of Bates Motel on A&E Network. This week saw the return of The Glades and Longmire, both of which saw viewership growth over their previous season premieres. The Season 4 debut of Glades was watched by 3.3 million viewers Monday at 9 PM. That’s up 6% for the scripted drama over its Season 3 debut on June 3 last year. However, Glades was down in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, getting 904,000 viewers in the 18-49 compared to 1.1 million for Season 3’s debut. In 25-54, Glades Season 4 premiere slid from 1.4 million to 1 million. The second A&E season premiere of the night saw Longmire back for Season 2. The Wyoming-based crime drama bopped up 5% from its freshman-season debut with 4.3 million viewers, rising 12% in both 18-49 and 25-52 over its June 3 series premiere. (more…)
