Fox Atomic's Marketing Operations Fold

Fox Atomic today announced the transition of all marketing operations to 20th Century Fox and Fox Searchlight “in an effort to reduce redundancies between the companies”. Peter Rice, president of Fox Atomic and Fox Searchlight, announced the restructuring to Fox Atomic employees today. We “realized that with the best commercial marketing in the industry being done at 20th and the best specialty marketing being handled by Fox Searchlight, it didn’t make sense to have a separate marketing operation for Fox Atomic. We are transitioning some people, when possible, to other areas of the company, including 20th, Fox Searchlight, Fox Network Group and Fox Interactive Marketing.”
