ABC Pilot ‘Lucky 7’ Casts Four Co-Leads, Fox’s ‘Enisted’ Enlists Two Co-Leads

Summer Bishil (Towelhead), Anastasia Phillips (Skins), Christine Evangelista and Lorraine Bruce have been cast in lead roles in ABC’s drama pilot Lucky 7, from ABC Studios and Amblin TV. Written by David Zabel and Jason Richman, Lucky 7 is about seven employees of a service station in Queens whose lives are changed in many unexpected ways when they win a lottery jackpot. Bishil, repped by Buchwald/Fortitude and manager Ken Jacobson, Phillips, repped by Greene & Assoc. and manager Perry Zimel, and Bruce will play three of the seven employees, while Evangelista plays the “baby mama” of another winner, Matt.

Parker Young and Chris Lowell have landed the co-leads opposite Geoff Stults in Fox’s single-camera comedy pilot Enlisted. Written by Kevin Biegel, Enlisted follows three very different brothers (Stults, Young, Lowell) working together in the Army. It centers on Sgt. Pete Waits (Stults) who, after a stint in Afghanistan, is stationed at a small military base in Florida to tackle the toughest job of them all — leading his dysfunctional brothers’ squad. Young, who is recurring on ABC’s Suburgatory, is with Gersh and David Dean Management.
