Univision Forges News Partnership With Center For Investigative Reporting

BERKELEY, CA AND MIAMI – AUGUST 14, 2012 – The Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR) and Univision News announce a partnership to jointly produce investigative stories relevant to Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States and Latin America.

CIR, the oldest and largest non-profit investigative unit in the nation and Univision, the leading media company serving Hispanic America, are strategically looking to broaden their reach so that larger audiences have access to their high-quality investigations. Univision, which reaches 96 percent of U.S. Hispanic households, leads the media industry in reaching Hispanics, the youngest and fastest-growing demographic.
