UPDATE: Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom will open the fest and play in competition. The competition is rife with directors hailing from English-speaking territories. As expected Lee Daniels is in with Paperboy, Andrew Dominik will be there with Killing Them Softly, John Hillcoat’s Lawless has a berth and so do David Cronenberg’s Cosmopolis, Jeff Nichols’ Mud and The Angels’s Share from Ken Loach.
