News Corp Communications Shift: Teri Everett Departing, Julie Henderson Promoted

NEW YORK, NY, January 30, 2012 – News Corporation today announced that Teri Everett, News Corporation’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Communications will be leaving the company on February 10. In a related announcement, the Company elevated Julie Henderson to Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Communications Officer, expanding her current corporate communications and strategy roles to include oversight of the company’s global communications, corporate affairs and corporate social responsibility efforts.
