NBC Sets 'NFL Honors' Lineup On Super Bowl Eve

The NFL and the Associated Press will unveil their end-of-season kudos in an awards-show format for the first time during NFL Honors, a two-hour primetime special that NBC will air at 9 PM ET February 4 — the night before the network hosts the Super Bowl. The plan is to make the event an annual tradition, airing from the game’s host city. Alec Baldwin (from NBC’s 30 Rock) will host the inaugural event from the Murat Theater in Indianapolis. Lenny Kravitz will perform during the show, put on by NFL Network in association with Dick Clark Prods, and winners of such awards as the AP MVP will be on hand to accept. A one-hour red carpet show is set for 8 PM ET on NFL Network.
