Seth Meyers accepts for SNL saying: “Justin Timberlake wanted to be here. But we said, no, they really want to see the writers.” Backstage, Meyers said that Justin Timberlake provided the idea of singing a song about not wanting to sing, and that gave the writers something to run with. Asked where he plans to keep his Emmy, Meyers said: “I’m just going to put it somewhere where Andy Samberg can see it.”
