Endeavor, an entertainment company whose portfolio includes William Morris Endeavor, IMG and the UFC, has formed a video streaming company called Endeavor Streaming.

The new entity will incorporate NeuLion, a streaming technology company that Endeavor acquired last year whose back-end technology powers services from the NFL, NBA, UFC and Euroleague.

Endeavor Streaming also will sweep in a roster of new clients, including WWE and its WWE Network, a sports-entertainment streaming platform, UK-based BT and its new service, BT Sport Box Office; and OSN, the Middle East and North Africa’s leading entertainment network.

The business will be jointly led by Endeavor Chief Technology Officer Nick Wilson and Endeavor Streaming President of Business Operations Will Staeger. Staeger previously served as senior vice president within IMG’s original content division following time at ESPN, WWE, and Dick Clark Productions.

“Endeavor Streaming’s best-in-class technology enables us to offer more features, elevate the user experience and provides us even more opportunity to delight our fans around the world,” said Vince McMahon, WWE Chairman & CEO, in a statement.

In addition to its growing client roster of leading properties like WWE, the NFL, NBA, and Euroleague, Endeavor Streaming will continue servicing major media providers including Univision, Sportsnet, Sky Sports, MSG, National Geographic, and Big Ten Network. The group will also continue supporting Endeavor properties like PBR (Ride Pass) and UFC (UFC.TV and FIGHT PASS).

Endeavor Streaming recently handled the record-breaking Khabib-McGregor mixed martial arts pay-per-view event, and received  ‘OTT TV Service of the Year’ at the annual Content Innovation Awards ahead of MIPCOM for its work on the NBA League Pass International product.

Meanwhile, the group has launched several new consumer products, including Serie A Pass and Strive, the latter of which features action from both Serie A and La Liga, Italy and Spain’s top professional soccer leagues, respectively.
