Screen Gems’ ‘The Intruder’ Moves Away From ‘Avengers: Endgame’ By One Week This Summer

Screen Gems’ psychological thriller The Intruder was originally scheduled for April 26, but one thing is for certain, the genre label won’t have its grosses intruded upon by Disney’s Avengers: Endgame which moved on to that date. Lord knows how much that fourthquel is going to vacuum up.

As such, the Deon Taylor-directed feature is heading to May 3. No big threats for an older audience there with STXfilms animated feature UglyDolls already there.

The Intruder stars Michael Ealy and Meagan Good as a couple who buy a Napa Valley house on several acres only to have to contend with the owner who refuses to let it go, played by Dennis Quaid.
