It’s the most wonderful time of the year — for PaleyFest fans. The Paley Center for Media has unwrapped the first three panels for its 36th annual LA event: NBC’s This Is Us, FX’s Pose and a reunion of the cast and creators of Parks and Recreation to mark the 10th anniversary of the Peacock’s popular sitcom.
This Is Us is making its second PaleyFest visit, having been featured during its freshman season in 2017. Rookie drama Pose is set to features members of the history-making cast of transgender actors. And Parks and Rec will serves as the fest’s centerpiece reunion, bringing together what the Paley Center says will be the “full cast and creative team” behind the series that premiered April 9, 2009.
“Every year PaleyFest presents the best of television, providing fans with a rare behind-the-scenes look at both the hottest new shows as well as beloved classics,” said Maureen J. Reidy, the Paley Center’s President and CEO. “We could not be more thrilled to announce our first three selections: two highly acclaimed dramas and a special cast reunion 10 years in the making.”
The full schedule for PaleyFest LA 2019, set for March 15-24 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland, will be announced on January 14.
