Donald Trump Hails Sinclair Broadcasting, Blasts CNN, NBC & Amazon, On Easter Egg Roll Monday

After observing Easter Weekend foretelling the death of DACA, in the company of Fox News Channel immigration hardliners Jeanine Pirro, Sean Hannity and former FNC exec Bill Shine, a pumped-up President Donald Trump took off on a Twitter tear this morning.

In his walk-up to welcoming children to the White House for the 140th Easter Egg Roll, Trump blasted any media outlet that had posted the chilling gone-viral video of Sinclair Broadcast Group local anchors collectively reading the conservative corporation’s pro-Trump/anti-media message about “fake news.”

Trump insisted Sinclair  “far superior to CNN and even more fake NBC, which is a total joke.”

In that same bulging vein, Trump declared war on Amazon, whose owner Jeff Bezos also owns the Washington Post. Only “fools or worse” insist the Post Office “makes money delivering Amazon goods,” Trump insisted, suggesting the U.S. Postal Service might not be delivering Amazon goods going forward. “This will be changed,” he added.

“Our full taxpaying retailers are closing stories all over the country,” Trump tweeted, pointing the finger at Amazon. “Not a level playing field.”

Trump declared “DACA is dead” due to Democrats, who are allowing “caravans” of people to cross the border from Mexico, laden with drugs. He demanded Congress use the “nuclear option” to bring his version of reality to an end.

He also tossed the Department of “Justice” – Trump put it in quotes to signal “irony” – and the FBI into this week’s Trump Tumbril, for “slow walking, or even not giving” the unredacted documents requested by Congress, which he called “an embarrassment to our country.”
