All3Media’s British-based Lime Pictures (Bravo’s The Singles Project) is beefing up its U.S. presence with the hire of E!’s SVP Programming and Development Noah Pollack to lead the effort as EVP of Non-Scripted Programming.

Pollack will have creative oversight of Lime’s U.S. operation, reporting to Lime Pictures Managing Directors, Kate Little and Claire Poyser, and to All3 USA’s CEO, Greg Lipstone, and also working with Lime Head of Development and Lime Head of Non Scripted UK to implement the company’s global development strategy.

During his tenure as E!, Pollack, who joined the network in 2013, played a key role in getting 10 original projects on air, including the Famously Single franchise and Mariah’s World, starring Mariah Carey. There are no immediate plans for Pollack to be replaced as he transitions to his new gig at Lime. Prior to E!, Pollack was VP of Reality Programming for Lifetime, where he oversaw the development and production of series and pilots, including the series Bring It. Pollack earlier served as VP, Series Development & Original Programming at VH1, where he launched franchises, including Basketball Wives and Celebrity Rehab.

“We are thrilled to be welcoming Noah during such an exciting time for Lime in the US,” said Little and Poyser. “Noah has extensive experience in development across such a wide range of programming: his skillset will be invaluable for continuing to drive our growth in the US and worldwide.”

Lime Pictures, one of nine production companies under the All3Media America umbrella, is behind such (mostly unscripted) UK formats as real-time reality drama series The Only Way Is Essex (ITV), children’s drama series Rocket’s Island (CCBC), Disney’s Evermoor and The Evermoor Chronicles, Geordie Shore (MTV), Educating Joey Essex (ITV2), Judge Geordie (MTV), Life on Marbs (ITVBe), My Psychic Life (C4), Young, Free and Single: Live (E4), Too Posh to Parent (C4), Elliott Wright: Playa in Marbella (ITVBe), Celebs Go Dating (E4).

In the U.S., Lime Pictures produced Bravo’s interactive dating series The Singles Project, which won an Emmy for multiplatform storytelling, and Work Out New York, also for Bravo.
