‘Conviction’ Moving To Sundays In January

Hayley Atwell Conviction

Not a big surprise here, but ABC’s Conviction is moving to a new night in the new year. Starting January 1, the legal drama series will air on Sunday nights at 10 PM. It’s taking Quantico‘s slot, which is moving to Monday nights at 10 PM starting January 23. Check out the announcement and promo below:

Created by Liz Friedlander and Liz Friedman, Conviction stars Hayley Atwell as Hayes Morrison, an attorney and former First Daughter who gets “blackmailed” into joining the Conviction Integrity Unit. Co-starring in the series are Eddie Cahill, Shawn Ashmore, Merrin Dungey, Emily Kinney, Manny Montana and Daniel Franzese.

ABC opted not to pick up additional episodes of the series beyond its original 13-episode order. The network, however, is retaining an option to order a second season and is keeping the options on the cast.
