Actor-Producer Daniel Dae Kim Signs With UTA

EXCLUSIVE: Actor-producer-director Daniel Dae Kim and his production company 3AD have signed with UTA, moving over from APA. Kim stars as Chin Ho Kelly on CBS’ Hawaii Five-O and is perhaps best known for playing Jin Soo Kwon on ABC’s Lost.

On film side, Kim appeared in the last two installments of The Divergent Series, Insurgent and Allegiant. He also recently made his Broadway debut as the King of Siam in the Tony-winning play The King And I.

His production company 3AD, which inked a first-look development deal at CBS Television Studios, is developing several projects including a medical procedural with House showrunner David Shore; a legal drama with Castle co-showrunner Alexi Hawley; and a cable dramedy based on New York Times bestselling novel Re Jane. Lindsay Goffman serves as Head of Development and Johnny Chiou just moved from NBCU Cable Entertainment as Development Executive.

Kim continues to be repped by Anonymous Content, United Agents, Klevan/Longarzo and E-PR.
