‘American Crime’: Tim DeKay Joins Cast For Season 3 Of ABC Series

White Collar alum Tim DeKay has been tapped for a recurring role on the upcoming third installment of John Ridley’s ABC anthology drama series American Crime. He will play a relative to Cherry Jones’ character. Jones, a fellow new recurring American Crime cast addition, has been cast as the matriarch of a large family agricultural operation. Season 3 of the acclaimed drama explores labor issues, economic divides and individual rights in North Carolina.

DeKay, Jones and Sandra Oh join a number of returning American Crime cast members, including Timothy Hutton, Felicity Huffman, Regina King, Lili Taylor, Benito Martinez, Richard Cabral and Connor Jessup.

The series, from ABC Studios, is executive produced by creator Ridley and Michael McDonald.

DeKay played the co-lead opposite Matt Bomer on the USA drama series White Collar, which ran for six seaons. He is repped by Paradigm and Lonestar Entertainment.
