Dylan Walsh Nabs Lead In Indie Pic ‘Fright Fest’

Exclusive: Nip/Tuck and Unforgettable star Dylan Walsh has signed on for the lead in the indie feature Fright Fest from director Ante Novakovic. Shooting in Philadelphia, the story follows Spencer Crowe, a former A-List horror director long past his prime who, having been in and out of rehab several times, gets a second chance at his career when he’s given the opportunity to produce a horror film festival in his hometown. Written by Novakovic and Robert Gillings, it’s produced by Marina Bespalov and Michael Tadross and executive produced by Ken Barbet.

Best known for his role on the FX drama Nip/Tuck from 2003–2010, Walsh starred on the 2011-2016 CBS/A&E procedural drama Unforgettable, and held a recurring role in the first season of NCIS: New Orleans among his many other credits. He recently wrapped filming on the ABC mini-series When We Rise, as well as the upcoming feature comedy C Street. He’s repped by Gersh and manager Bob McGowan.
