CMT Hires Two New Marketing & Programming Executives, Promotes Two


CMT has made two new hires and promoted two in the Nashville-based marketing, programming, production and events departments.

Former BBC America marketing executive Rory Levine has joined CMT as Vice President of Consumer Marketing, leading CMT’s linear and digital marketing efforts. He will report to Anthony Barton, Senior Vice President of Marketing,

Tessa Jordan has been named Vice President of Program Planning where she will manage CMT’s programming teams and is responsible for leading the scheduling and analysis process. Jordan most recently served as Director of Nickelodeon Brand & Content Management for Viacom International. She will report to Suzanne Norman, Senior Vice President of Operations.

Heather DeVaney Graffagnino has been promoted to Vice President of Production Management. In this role, she oversees all in-house production management teams and works closely with executive producers and brand partners for show and event productions, including the CMT Music Awards CMT Crossroads and CMT Artists of the Year. Graffagnino also supervises day-to-day operations of CMT’s Studio 330. She reports to Lee Ann Chmielewski-Larsen, EVP of Production for Viacom Kids and Family Group.

Quinn Brown has been promoted to Vice President of Production where he is responsible for the overall creative vision and quality control of the brand’s hosted news/entertainment shows, including the long-running CMT Hot 20 Countdown. He reports to Jayson Dinsmore, Executive Vice President of Development and Programming.
