Jamie Chung (Once Upon A Time) and John Gabriel have landed series regular roles opposite Rebecca Breeds in NBC pilot Miranda’s Rights.

Written/co-executive produced by Katie Lovejoy and executive produced by John Glenn, Miranda’s Rights is a one-hour legal soap about an idealistic group of lawyers who not only work together but live together at their start-up firm. Chung will play Lana Harris, an attorney, the alpha-female at YLG (Young Law Group), she is Tanner’s (not yet cast) fiancée. Blunt, a total boss bitch, Lana is fiercely protective of her career and, more importantly, the firm — which is why she takes an immediate dislike to Miranda (Breeds). Gabriel is Marcus Reed, a former attorney with YLG, he’s a guy who “thinks money and power will make him happy (because it will).” He bailed on YLG to work at the more prestigious and better-paying Klein & Associates, headed up by none other than Tanner’s mother.

Chung recurs as Mulan in Once Upon A Time and will next reprise her Big Hero 6 voice role of Go Go in Big Hero 6: The Series for Disney XD. She’s repped by Gersh, 3 Arts Entertainment & Morris, Yorn, Barnes, & Levine. Gabriel recurred in Young & Hungry and If Loving You Is Wrong. He’s with Don Buchwald & Associates and Haven Entertainment.
