Kyle Bornheimer To Co-Star In Courteney Cox’s Fox Comedy Pilot ‘Charity Case’

Kyle Bornheimer is set to co-star opposite Courteney Cox in her Fox single-camera comedy pilot Charity Case (working title), from ABC Studios and 20th TV.

Written by Robert Padnick and directed by James Griffiths, Charity Case centers on Hailey (Cox). When inherits her late billionaire husband’s charity, she quickly finds that changing the world is far less glamorous than she had imagined.

Bornheimer will play Adam, Hailey’s (Cox) stepson, now Chairman of the Board of the Waller Foundation since his father’s passing. Self-important, he has nothing but disdain for Hailey whom he refers to as “Philanthropist Barbie.”

Cox, Padnick and Griffiths executive produce.

Bornheimer, repped by UTA,  Haven and Morris/Yorn, most recently co-starred on the short-lived CBS comedy series Angel From Hell.
