‘Meet The Press’ Wins Sunday Beltway Show Demo Ratings; ‘Face The Nation’ Tops In Total Viewers

NBC’s Meet The Press With Chuck Todd was the most-watched Sunday Beltway show in the news demographic, outstripping its competitors by double digits. The ratings come out the same day ABC announced Martha Raddatz has been promoted to co-anchor of This Week With George Stephanopoulos.

MTP, which is rated by Nielsen for 46 minutes of its hour, delivered its biggest 25-54 crowd in nearly two years: 1.198M viewers. CBS’ Face The Nation, which is rated for its first 30 minutes, clocked 1.07M news demo viewers. ABC’s This Week, which last week was rated for 39 minutes, logged 1M.

Face The Nation claimed the largest overall audience Sunday: 4M viewers, to MTP‘s 3.9M and This Week‘s 3.4M.

Fox News Sunday logged 1.7M viewers overall and 503K news demo viewers.
