‘New Yorker Presents’ Gets Premiere Date On Amazon — First Look


Amazon has set February 16 for the premiere of new original series The New Yorker Presents.

Based on content from The New Yorker, the series will draw upon the reporting, fiction, humor, poetry, and cartoons that distinguish The New Yorker, to bring the pages of the magazine to life. The upcoming season will feature content from award-winning narrative directors and talent from the worlds of film, television, art, and music, and will debut provocative and insightful documentary films from America’s acclaimed non-fiction filmmakers, according to Amazon.

The series is produced by Condé Nast Entertainment, Jigsaw Productions and executive produced by David Remnick, Alex Gibney, Kahane Cooperman, Dave Snyder, Dawn Ostroff and Henry Finder.
