Jon Voight & Steven Bauer Join Western Drama ‘JL Ranch’ Starring Teri Polo

EXCLUSIVE: The Crystal Sky feature JL Ranch began production this month and has been filling its lead cast, with Jon Voight and Steven Bauer confirmed to co-star in the contemporary Western drama starring Teri Polo.

The film follows veteran rancher and former sheriff John Landsburg (Voight), who is forced to face the federal bureaucracy when an old enemy seeking revenge over a decades-old grudge falsifies documents and alleges Landsburg doesn’t actually own his beloved family ranch. John however isn’t the type to go down without a fight.

Polo stars as Rebecca, Landsburg’s daughter. Lee Purcell, Kevin Lingle, Shane Woodson and Cory Scott Allen co-star. Charles Robert Carner is directing a script by Harley Peyton and Steven Paul is producing. Filming is on location in Kentucky.

Polo’s recent credits include Outlaws And Angels, which is playing Sundance 2016, and she is currently on hiatus from ABC’s The Fosters. She’s repped by Gersh and manager Bob McGowan. Bauer is repped by Global Artists and Abrams Entertainment. Voight is repped by CAA and Artists Only.
