Fortune Feimster Upped To Regular On ‘The Mindy Project’

Fortune Feimster, who joined the fourth season of comedy series The Mindy Project as a recurring, has been promoted to series regular. Feimster plays Colette Kimball, the new nurse in the office.

Created by and starring Mindy Kaling, The Mindy Project streams on Hulu on Tuesdays. The series, from Universal TV, moved to Hulu after ending its third season on Fox. The fourth season premiered on Hulu in September

Feimster was a writer/performer on Chelsea Lately, Chelsea Handler’s late-night talk show on E! She went on to develop two comedy projects for ABC and Universal, the most recent being Family Fortune a semi-autobiographical story produced by Tina Fey, which was given a pilot order but was not picked up to series. Other credits include Drunk History, Glee, Mulaney and Workaholics. Feimster is repped by ICM, Truhett/Garcia Management and attorneys Cindy Farrelly Gesner and Jonathan Shikora.
