Jay Huguley Joins ‘The Walking Dead’; Louis Talpe In ‘Of Kings And Prophets’

EXCLUSIVE: Jay Huguley (12 Years A Slave, True Detective) has booked a recurring role on AMC’s blockbuster zombie apocalypse series The Walking Dead. Having already appeared in the Season 6 opener, Huguley’s David is one of the residents of the Alexandra Safe Zone community. First introduced last season, the Safe Zone has essentially fallen under the command of Rick Grimes and the other survivors. Huguley, repped by Prestige Talent Agency and Luber Roklin Entertainment, also recurred on Treme and Star-Crossed.

Belgian actor Louis Talpe has landed a season-long recurring role on ABC’s midseason drama Of Kings and Prophets. Written by Adam Cooper & Bill Collage, the series is described as an epic Biblical saga of faith, ambition and betrayal as told through the eyes of a battle-weary king, a powerful and resentful prophet and a resourceful young shepherd on a collision course with destiny. Talpe will play Eliab, David’s proud and single-minded older brother. Talpe, repped by 42, Alan Siegel Entertainment and Selena Visser in Belgium, is coming off drama series Spitsbroers and De Ridder.
