Parenting Brand What’s Up Moms Signs With CAA; ‘Z Nation’s Nat Zang Goes To Brio

Coinciding with a win at the Streamy Awards last night, top YouTube parenting brand What’s Up Moms has signed with CAA for representation. The agency will work to create opportunities for WUM all areas including business development, licensing, television, personal appearances, publishing and endorsements. WUM also has hired digital media strategist Liane Mullin as its President and COO. Prior to joining What’s Up Moms, Mullin established and headed up the digital department at Full Picture in Los Angeles, creating content and branded entertainment for distribution across digital portals including AOL, Yahoo!, MSN and YouTube. What’s Up Moms won the Kids and Family Streamy last night, with co-founders Elle Walker and Meg Resnikoff and partner Brooke Mahan accepting the award.

Z Nation‘s Nat Zang has signed with Brio Entertainment for all representation. The 19-year-old booked the series regular role on the Syfy horror-comedy still in high school and had his first professional role onstage at Seattle’s ACT theater. Z Nation follows survivors of a zombie apocalypse attempting to get the only known survivor of a zombie bite to the last functional science lab in the U.S. It is currently in its second season.
