Scott McMenamin Promoted To President of Final Draft

Scott McMenamin has been promoted to President at Final Draft, Inc., a newly created post at the publisher of the industry leading screenwriting software. In his new role, McMenamin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic leadership as the company enters its 25th year of operations. He will report to Marc Madnick, CEO and Chairman of Final Draft, Inc. “Scott knows our business inside and out and will be integral in guiding the company into the future,” Madnick said in making the announcement. “I am confident he will bring innovative ideas to both the engineering of the product and the overall customer experience. He has the unique ability to move initiatives forward and focus the company on meeting the needs of our many loyal customers, and I look forward to our continued collaboration.”

McMenamin has been at Final Draft for over 13 years, beginning in the accounting and finance department before transitioning to managing educational, studio and international sales. In 2008, he became VP of Sales before ascending to chief sales and marketing officer last year.

Final Draft, Inc. has published Final Draft software for 25 years.
