Teri Hatcher Joins ‘The Odd Couple’; Vivica A. Fox In ‘Empire’

Desperate Housewives alum Teri Hatcher is set for a multiepisode arc on the upcoming second season of CBS’ The Odd Couple. She’ll play Charlotte, a smart, successful single mother who lives in Oscar Madison’s (Matthew Perry) building. They meet when Oscar starts dating her nanny, but he soon realizes he’s really interested in Charlotte. Hatcher starred as Susan Mayer on all eight seasons of Desperate Housewives and played Lois Lane on Lois And Clark. Her film credits include The Big Picture, Spy Kids, Tomorrow Never Dies and Coraline.

Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill) has signed on to Fox smash Empire for Season 2, playing Cookie’s (Taraji P. Henson) older sister. She joins a killer list of recurring/guest stars for the hip-hop drama’s sophomore year that includes Marisa Tomei, Chris Rock, Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz.
