It tells the story of the unlikely ascension of the second son to the throne of a multi-billion dollar, family-owned energy company. In centers on the first-born son, twisted and scarred by a fire decades ago, who uses intrigue, manipulation, blackmail and even murder to put his beloved younger brother in power.

Prospect Park’s CEO Jeff Kwatinetz and TV partner Josh Barry executive produce with Masterson. The project reunites Barry with ABC and ABC Studios where he was an executive for 10 years before joining Prospect Park.

Prospect Park’s series portfolio include WGN America’s first original scripted series Salem and USA veteran Royal Pains. Masterson’s feature credits include Snowpiercer and Before The Devil Knows You’re Dead. He is with WME and The Shuman Company.
