EXCLUSIVE: The musician and actress, currently co-starring as an FBI analyst in CBS’ CSI: Cyber, has joined the film as one of the leads. XOXO, produced by Joe Russell and directed by Christopher Louie stars Sarah Hyland (Modern Family), Graham Phillips (The Good Wife) and Chris D’Elia (Undateable). The film follows six strangers whose lives collide in one frenetic, dream-chasing, hopelessly romantic night. Dylan Meyer wrote the script.

In the film Kiyoko (whose Girls Like Girls video can be seen here  at https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=I0MT8SwNa_U) plays “Shannie,” adventurous girlfriend and muse to “Ray” (Colin Woodell, The Originals). Before leaving for New York to take a job at a wealth management firm,  Shannie wants to spend their last weekend together doing something really fun. She buys tickets to XOXO and tells Ray it will be “the perfect last thing.”

A musician and actress, Kiyoko also co-stars in Universal’s Jem and the Holograms, out this fall. She’s repped by AKA Talent and Principato – Young.
