Frank Whaley Joins ‘Under The Dome’; Roberto Urbina In ‘Recovery Road’

Frank Whaley (Ray Donovan, Gotham) has been cast in a recurring role on the third season of CBS’ summer drama series Under The Dome, from Amblin TV and CBS TV Studios. He will play Dr. Marston, a brilliant doctor and scientist with questionable motives. He will be seen next in feature The Outskirts opposite Victoria Justice and Paramount’s live action/ CG hybrid Monster Trucks. Whaley also wrote and directed indie feature Like Sunday, which was released in March. He is repped by APA and Karen Forman Management.

Roberto Urbina (Che) has booked a recurring role on ABC Family’s drama series Recovery Road. It centers on Maddie (Jessica Sula), a party girl and a highly functioning addict who doesn’t think she has a problem until she’s confronted one day by her school guidance counselor and is forced to choose between expulsion and rehab. Maddie makes the difficult decision to live with other recovering addicts at a rehab facility, while facing the daily pressures of her teenage life. Urbina, repped by Global Artists Agency and Robert Stein Management, will play the edgy and mysterious Asa. Urbina also has a series regular role on the upcoming Netflix series Narcos.
