Mark Pellington To Direct NBC’s ‘Blindspot’, Matt Shakman Helming ‘Heroes Reborn’

Mark Pellington (Arlington Road)  is set to direct and executive produce the NBC pilot Blindspot, from Warner Bros. TV and Greg Berlanti Prods. In Blindspot, written by Martin Gero, a beautiful woman with no memories of her past is found naked in Times Square with her body fully covered in intricate tattoos. Her discovery sets off a vast and complex mystery that immediately ignites the attention of the FBI who begin to follow the road map on her body to reveal a larger conspiracy of crime while bringing her closer to discovering the truth about her identity. Pellington is repped by UTA, 3 Arts and Gang Tyre.

It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia director/executive producer Matt Shakman will helm the opening episode of NBC miniseries Heroes Reborn. The 13-episode project, from Heroes creator Tim Kring, stars original cast member Jack Coleman and Zachary Levi. Shakman’s drama directing credits include Fargo and The Good Wife.
