‘Whiplash’ Star J.K. Simmons Gets “Beat” By Surprise Guest on ‘SNL’

The Saturday Night Live host played off his Oscar-nominated Whiplash character last night, trashing several wannabe drummers during his opening monologue until a surprise guest came on and blew the roof off the joint.
