Emma Watson Cast As Belle In Disney’s ‘Beauty And The Beast’

Disney has found its Belle. Emma Watson will play the book-loving daughter of an eccentric inventor in the studio’s upcoming live-action re-make of Beauty And The Beast.  Production is expected to begin later this year.  Cinderella is one of several live-action remakes of classic tales planned by Disney, following Maleficent. The studio has a live-action take planned for The Jungle Book.
