Zach Braff In Talks For ‘Going In Style’ Remake

EXCLUSIVE: Zach Braff is in talks with New Line to direct Going In Style, the remake of the 1979 caper pic.

The original starred George Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg as geriatrics who are bored with their lives and decide to knock off a bank. The remake has a script by St Vincent writer/director Ted Melfi. Donald De Line is on board to produce. Tony Bill, the producer on the original, will executive produce.

Braff is coming off Wish I Was Here, the film he wrote/directed and starred in, with fundraising help from Kickstarter. He’s repped by CAA and Management 360.
