“I am so happy with this show and how these characters have come to life,” says Hawkeye star Hailee Steinfeld of the Marvel series on Disney+.
“It is its own world and I feel so lucky that I get to be a part of that,” Steinfeld states on this week’s Hero Nation podcast of the MCU, and the place her Kate Bishop plays in it now and going forward as Hawkeye drops its season finale tomorrow.
Check out our chat with Oscar nominee Steinfeld right here:
The first returning guest to Hero Nation, industry vet Steinfeld teases a bit of what more Hawkeye could look like, and working with Jeremy Renner and Florence Pugh over the six-episode first season.
We’d be fallacious keepers of the genre fires this week if we didn’t also acknowledge the return of a legendary franchise with The Matrix Resurrections tomorrow. Let’s just say a lot has changed, but let’s also say, check out our chat with Abdul-Mateen last week on the playlist above.
In fact, there’s going to be quite a few blasts from the Hero Nation past coming your way this Christmas weekend. Won’t say more now, but stayed tuned and think of it as our gift under the digital tree to you.
With that, the two of us and our producers David Jonove and Tom Tapp will be back with more of the best of the best in 2022 with more Hero Nation.
