The premiere of Fox’s The Masked Singer continues to set ratings high-water marks.

The breakout celebrity singing-competition series, which already logged the highest-rated unscripted debut on any network in more than seven years in Live+same day, has seen the largest Live+3 absolute gain ever in both adults 18-49 (+0.9 rating to 3.9) and total viewers (+2.9 million to 12.3 million) vs. L+SD.

The Masked Singer opener edged the previous record holders, Fox’s MasterChef Jr. (+0.8 in 18-49 on 9/27/13) and NBC’s World of Dance (+2.1 million on 5/30/17)

The debut continues to rank as the highest-rated reality telecast to air in the past two seasons. Across all platforms, The Masked Singer delivered nearly 14 million three-day total multiplatform viewers, up 48% from L+SD, with 1.6 million viewers on Hulu and Fox Now, making it Fox’s most-streamed unscripted episode ever.

Based on the hit South Korean format, The Masked Singer is hosted by Nick Cannon, with panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke. It features celebrities facing off against one another while shrouded from head to toe in elaborate costumes to conceal his or her identity.

Produced by Endemol Shine North America, The Masked Singer was developed for the U.S. and is executive-produced by Craig Plestis. Izzie Pick Ibarra  also serves as an executive producer, and Alex Rudzinski directs. Cannon, Nikki Varhely Gillingham and Rosie Seitchik serve as co-executive producers.
