Apple is using an old-fashioned way to capture hearts and minds – it’s put up a large billboard near the Consumer Electronics Show convention center to emphasize its privacy features.
Tech giant Apple isn’t attending the show, but has placed the ad on the side of a SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel. The facility is adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the tech industry gathers annually to see what’s next.
The black and white ad says, “What happens on your
iPhone, stays on your iPhone.” The play on the “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” marketing theme has a line drawing of an iPhone XS and the address of Apple’s privacy website.
