CBS business affairs exec Francisco Arias is heading to Endeavor Content.
Arias is joining the company as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and will serve as Head of Endeavor Content’s Scripted Television Business and Legal Affairs department.
This comes after Endeavor Content recently closed a landmark deal between Netflix and the Roald Dahl Estate, one of the biggest investments in kids programming to date.
Arias, who will be based in LA, has spent the last 13 years in business affairs at CBS Television Studios, most recently as senior vice president overseeing studio business affairs for all non-broadcast scripted television and all non-scripted television.
During his time at the Hollywood studio, Arias negotiated studio license deals with Netflix, Amazon, Apple, Hulu and Google/YouTube.
Before joining CBS, he previously worked at ABC Entertainment/Touchstone Television, where he handled business affairs for primetime series including Desperate Housewives and Scrubs.
