
Broadway newcomers Anthony Boyle, who plays Scorpius Malfoy in Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, and Angels in America‘s Denise Gough are among this year’s Theatre World Award winners. See the complete list of winners below.
The 74th annual Theatre World Awards, an invitation-only ceremony honoring six outstanding actors and six actresses making their Broadway and Off-Broadway debuts during the 2017-2018 theatrical season, are set for Monday, June 4, 2 p.m at Broadway’s Circle in the Square Theatre.
As previously announced, Victor Garber will receive the 6th annual John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre. The 10th Annual Dorothy Loudon Award for Excellence in the Theater honoree will be announced shortly.
